Karma Coffee, The Meat Ball Factory, and a ton of other bay and beach bars and restaurants are so close you can crawl home if you like. And don't forget Turtle inc. the Bird Sanctuary, The Wanna Wanna, Claytons, and everything else is just a free bus ride that comes by every 20 minutes from the nearest corner.
